First Project Already Delivering Results
The collaboration has already resulted in a live implementation. St George’s University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Epsom and St Helier University Hospital NHS Trust are consolidating their separate kidney patient information systems into a single, unified platform using KidneyOne. This consolidation will give clinical teams a complete view of the patient record across both organisations—supporting more informed decisions and more coordinated care.
