Mihir is an accomplished software development and technology executive with a proven track record of leading innovative software businesses. Mihir has been instrumental in successfully integrating acquisitions ranging from multi-million to multi-billion dollars. He brings to OBIX by CCSI more than 15 years of software leadership experience. Included in that experience is building advanced big data and clinical solutions for Fortune 500 healthcare companies. He has been an influential R&D and business leader within Harris for 10 years. Mihir holds an MBA from the University of Florida, where he also earned a BS in information sciences. Mihir is responsible for leading and executing CCSI’s long-term business strategies with a focus on market innovation, customer engagement, and product development.

VP Research & Development
Seth Salmon, Vice President of Research and Development, Harris Healthcare. Mr. Salmon is responsible for R&D for Harris’s electronic health records products. In this role, Mr. Salmon provides leadership for Product Management, Architecture, Development and Quality Assurance.
Mr. Salmon has worked in software development and solution delivery for over 30 years, with the last 18 years involved in commercial product development. Prior to working a Harris, Mr. Salmon was a VP of Development and Chief Architect for Oracle’s suite of Financial Crime and Compliance Management products, delivering analytics-based compliance solutions to a variety of financial institutions, including half of the top ten global financial institutions.
Mr. Salmon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Virginia.
